1. Who we are
This website is operated by Ayurcure Ayurvedic Medical Center, Office 211, Atrium Centre, Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road, Al Mankhool, Bur Dubai, UAE (“Ayurcure”, “we”, “us”). For privacy questions, contact us at ayurcure.dubai@gmail.com or +971 56 212 6040.
2. Information we collect
- Booking and enquiry details you choose to send us: name, mobile number, preferred treatment, date and time, whether you are using insurance, and any notes you add.
- Messages and calls you send to us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider may record in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and show a notice.
3. How the booking form works
The appointment form on this website does not store your details on our web server. When you press “Send via WhatsApp”, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message to our clinic number, which you then send. WhatsApp is operated by a third party and handles messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Why we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange, confirm or change your appointment.
- To assess whether a therapy may be suitable and to provide care.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
- To keep our website and services secure.
We process your information based on your consent, to take steps you request before an appointment, and to comply with the law, in line with applicable UAE data-protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
5. Health information
Health information is sensitive. Please do not send detailed medical history through the website form. We will discuss your health needs at your consultation. Clinical records created at the clinic are handled in line with applicable UAE health-data requirements.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with our staff, with service providers who help us run the website and communications (for example our hosting provider and WhatsApp), with insurers where you ask us to verify coverage, and with authorities where the law requires.
7. How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements.
8. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, or to withdraw your consent, subject to applicable law. Contact us using the details above.
9. Security
This website is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
10. Children
Our website is not directed at children. Appointments for patients under 18 should be arranged by a parent or legal guardian.
11. Third-party links
Our website links to services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
